William “Bill” George Seder
Bill was born in Timnath, CO on October 10, 1936 and entered the presence of his Lord on May 19, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents Herman Seder and Carol Sheppard and his wife of 35 years Carol Jean Dulany Seder. He is survived by his present wife of 20 years, his sons Scott (Amy), Kevin (Anna), and Michael, and five grandchildren Brandon, Emily, Ryan, Anthony, and Samuel; his brothers and sisters Don (Judy), Janice (Cullen) Wall, Loretta (William) Way, Thomas (Lori, deceased) Sheppard, and Merilee (James) Briggs-Mead; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He graduated from Wellington High School in 1954. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army Fourth Infantry Division. He was a graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO with a Bachelor of Theology degree. He was ordained to Gospel ministry in 1964 and maintained his credentials in the Reformed Baptist tradition until his death. He pastored churches in Canon City, CO, Pueblo, CO, St. Louis, MO, Colorado Springs, CO, Fowler, CO, and Grenada, MS. He sold Fuller Brush products in Southern Colorado in the 1960’s. He worked for Rainbo Bread as a delivery driver from 1974 until his retirement in 1997. He was an avid sports fan loving the Broncos, Nuggets, and Rockies from all three teams’ inceptions. Bill was a soft-spoken brother, husband, father, son, and uncle with a beautiful voice, a competitive spirit and a passion for the Gospel. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
