I am sorry to hear about your sweet husbands passing. Both of you were the best teachers I had while I was attending Adams State. I always felt so special, especially when you both took extra care of my little daughter, Devyn, whom I had to bring with me to night classes. I enjoyed your class so much and looked forward to our time together. You both shared a special connection that was obvious....your love for each other was real. I will never forget that and the love for teaching you both shared. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Stephanie and family,
I'm saddened to hear of Bob's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I will always remember my wonderful time teaching with Stephanie and Bob at the middle school. Stepanine, you and Bob were like second parents to me, as I was trying to figure out how to teach. I will be forever grateful for the love and help you gave to me. Thank you. God Bless.

The memories of Bob are many and they are all priceless! This is a story that shows how big his heart was and his kindness could not be matched!
We had just moved to Del Norte and we didn’t know anyone! Our dog, Clark, who was 15 years old became ill and we had to put him to sleep. We had just bought some property in Hidden Valley close to Bob and Stephanie. We wanted Clark buried where we planned to build our home. It was winter and it was cold and we were at a loss how to get the hole dug for our precious dog! Then guess who shows up!! Bob and his backhoe!! He didn’t know us at all - he just heard we needed a hole dug and there he was! He dug and worked and struggled but nothing would stop him from getting that hole dug. Sure enough we were able to bury Clark in the beautiful mountains where we did eventually build. He and Stephanie were our neighbors for many years, we worked together at the school and have a bucket full of wonderful memories!! Bob you will be missed and we loved you and your family so much!! Enjoy your glorious place in Elk Heaven!!!
