Cindy Southworth-ZimmermanDecember 10, 1954 ~ August 21, 2019 (age 64)
Cindy Southworth-Zimmerman, the World’s Greatest “Momo”, friend to all, sister to some, and Mother of 3 was called home at the young age of 64. She received her Angel wings on 8/21/19. If you knew Cindy, you knew you always had a place to call home with her. Her smile would brighten up the darkest of days, her wit and love for life, contagious. She loved hard. She played harder. She loved those who couldn't find it with in them to love themselves. She taught them to love, and reminded them they are enough. She gave all she had, and then some...always with a smile. She understood the truest riches in this life were not money or fame. They were friends and family, love in your heart and peace in your mind. She was a faithful servant. Cindy’s strength, grit, morals, work ethic and love were unmatched and molded her children into who they are today. Her children were her everything. As a proud Mom, she would do anything to make the dreams of her children a reality. Her legacy of love continues on through her 3 children, Cody Zimmerman, Austin Zimmerman, Tiffany and husband Brian Canady, grandchildren Caydence and Jax. Cindy will reunite with her sister, Pam and Mother, Diane, along with other friends and family that have passed before her. Cindy was many things to many people, to her children, it was easy: She was Mom. She taught them to lead from their heart, and love always.
We love you so, Mom. Always and Forever. Dot. Dot. ❤

Another option instead of flowers:
Thank you to everyone that had sent messages, calls, and prayers our way. Together we filled her with so much love. She got to truly experience the profound impact she made in the lives of so many. Thank you.
In leui of flowers, we have set up a donation drive to raise money for 2 Causes that align with her legacy of love.
1. Funding to help create more School Gardens so kids learn how to eat right, play in the dirt and know the true pharmacy is spelled FARM.
2. Funding for children that may otherwise not be financially prepared to play sports throughout school. Maybe a single parent, or life circumstances. Every child matters. Team work makes the dream work.
Our Mom taught us to lead from our heart and love always. Thank you, Mama. See you in our dreams ❤ We love you
We invite you to join us after the memorial service on the patio of Hacienda Colorado for more sharing, celebrations and a beautiful sunset. This
is open to all that loved her. If she made an imprint on the fabric of your life, we would be honored to have you there.

We give them back to you, dear Lord, who gave them to us.
Yet as you do not lose them in giving, so we have not lost them
by their return.
Not as the world gives do you give, O Lover of souls. What you
gave you do not take away; for what is ours is ours always,
if we are yours. And life is eternal, and love is immortal,
and death is only an horizon,
and an horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight.
Lift us, strong Son of God, that we may see farther.
Cleanse our eyes that we may see more clearly.
Draw us closer to yourself that we may know ourselves nearer to them.
And while you are preparing a place for us,
prepare us for that happy place,
that where they are and you are, we too may be;
through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
