Cherity ReNae Kean, a Colorado Springs resident, died suddenly from respiratory problems May 19, 2021. She was born May 16, 1972 in Dodge City, KS to Terry & Kayla Diane (Deighton) Nolde.
Though born in Kansas, she graduated from Covina High School then came to Colorado Springs and graduated from Pikes Peak Community College with a degree in Auto Mechanics. She loved Cameros, fast cars and working on cars, but went to work at her family’s restaurant for 10 years and became an excellent cook. She then went to work at King Soopers and became a manager in the produce department. When COVID came she took advantage of the free time and remodeled her home, then started schooling for her Real Estate license.
Cherity met the love of her life in August 1998 and their first date was a trip up to Pikes Peak. They were so compatible after meeting in July 1998, that they married 3 months later on November 14, 1998. They remained married and were best friends until her untimely death.
She is survived by her husband, Matthew “Matt” and her parents, Terry & Kayla.
