Harry “Butch” Willis Hoover was born June 14, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland and passed February 21, 2023 at his home in Colorado Springs. He is survived by his three daughters, Sarah, Amber and Rachel, and his son, Dylan. Harry had 16 grandchildren and three (3) great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Morningstar, his father, Carl Hoover; his sister, Carol Lane, a nephew, Nathaniel Lane and his great-grandson, Trevon.
