Jennifer Scott was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. We are all very blessed to have spent our lives knowing Jen … Mom. She was a vibrant woman who’s arms wrapped us in love. Being a mother brought her so much joy, she shined her brightest when she was with her family. She shared her smile and laughter with those around her and inspired us to feel our joy. We are lost without her light to guide us. She would not have wanted us to sit in our grief, but to take it with us to help appreciate what we have. She was somebody who did not just live to bring herself up, she found her purpose in bringing up the lives of others and enriched the world with her tender loving care. Her beauty radiated bright like the sun, warm in its embrace, and not just in her elegance. Her eager voice and joyous laugh filled rooms and brought people together. No one will ever love us as much as you did, I know you treasured every moment we spent together. Inside my head, you are everywhere. In my father’s eyes and my brother’s smile. In the way that I love and in the way I see the world. Every Spring I’ll think of you, and the way that you glowed in the sun. Every time I smell lavender I’ll dream of you. I will keep you with me always, because without you I am without my heart. I might be wrong to say that everyone she met liked her, because in fact she was loved very much by everyone her light touched. Through this unconditional love her light is carried on, and shines through without fault touching those around me. I see it in myself and in the loving faces of those around me, just as I have seen it in her eyes. She has not died in vain for her love has been spread wide and in us, in our memories, our actions, our love for one another. She will live on. - Your Loving Family
