Margaret Spencer (Hyland) Hanson
Obituary
Margaret Hyland Spencer Hanson, 70, of Colorado Springs, passed away peacefully Friday February 19, 2021. Margaret was born December 30th, 1950 at Pearl Harbor Naval Station to Merle and Emma Mae Hyland. Margaret lived all over the U.S., finally finding her true home in Colorado Springs.
Margaret was a charter member of the Colorado Springs Bead Society and maintained an active membership until recently.
A memorial service will be held later this year in Colorado Springs. Memorials in Margaret's name may be donated to Pet Project or Nine Lives Rescue, both of Colorado Springs, or any similar animal rescue organization.
Margaret was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Spencer. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Hyland, of Seattle, WA, and her granddaughter, Joanne Gibson, of Hawthorne, CA.
Margaret was deeply loved in life and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
