Russell Eugene Theisen, 85, died March 26, 2023 in Colorado Springs. He was born August 3, 1937 in Norfolk, VA to Panisie May (Garnett) and Richard R. Theisen.

Mr. Theisen served in the Marine Corp. and retired an Electrical Engineer for the Dept. of Defense.

He is survived by his wife, Ann; daughter, Yvette Mihaly; grandchildren, Cameron Mihaly, Lydia Mihaly and Deserai Mihaly; and a sister, Virginia Barker. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Tim and a brother, Roy.
