Stephen B. Lewis, known as "Brent" to his family and friends, passed away on October 1, 2020, at the age of 62. He had been residing with his family in Colorado Springs, CO.
Brent was born in Hollywood, CA, in 1958 and spent the formative years of his life in Brazil where he grew up as part of a missionary family. He met and married his wife in Florida in 2000. He was a lover of adventure, travel, and nature. He cared greatly for family, God, and His Word, the Bible. He had a natural talent for playing the piano and guitar. He will be remembered for the passion and zeal with which he lived his life.
He is survived by his wife Jocelyn, his daughter Cosette, his sister Charlotte (Doug) Hendricks, his brother Philip (Elizabeth) Lewis, his step-mother Nancy Rogers, and several cousins, nieces, and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Raymond and Janet (Agnew) Lewis.
Brent's life will be remembered and celebrated through a private, outdoor ceremony attended by a few close relatives. It will be held in the beautiful and tranquil Colorado foothills that surrounded him his last couple of years on Earth.
