Paula and all of the staff at Cappadonna are TRULY amazing. Thank you to all of you for you compassionate and "family oriented" care. We were so upset this last time (our family has used you twice in the past) when my brother, Brian Lilley, was sent to another funeral home in error. Alicia took control of the situation, had my brother transferred to Cappadonna and, they, out of kindness, absorbed the fees for the transfer. We have a large family and we will use them exclusively in the future (we just hope, not too soon 🙂) Thank you again for making the videos too. Beautifully put together.

My husband and I lost our son. He was stillborn. This was one of the hardest things I ever dealt with. Cappadona you helped us so much. I didn't understand a lot as I was in a state of shock and grief. I am grateful that the staff did everything they could to help us. You knew we were not ready for hearing a lot of it so you talked to my sister and brother to try to get the things together that my husband and I just couldn't handle.
You were so compassionate and we couldn't have asked for better service. You answered all questions and you were very comforting in your answers.
I would recommend you to anyone going through such a difficult time in their lives as your heart goes out to the families.
Thank you a million times over for being so respectful to my baby boy. I know it had to be hard for you all to do but you all held it together very well for us.

It's been a long time coming since May 19, 2021 for my family to reach out to all of you wonderful people at this excellent Cappadona Home! We truly appreciated your empathy and hard work for making our daughter's final farewell so memorable, so beautiful and placing her in her wish of purple. It was the worse day of our lives and yet, as I look back to our many memories that we had with her, I will also cherish our new memories that we made with all of you. How very blessed we were to find this grand home full of love and kindness. Thank you again for such outstanding customer service, how you comfort and how deeply understanding you all were to all of us. It was truly a beautiful day!!

Thank you to the staff and family at Cappadonas. Bobby was Truly a God send and made this hard process a little easier on all of us. I would have been completely lost if it wasn't for his compassion and kind heart. Thank you again for everything.

If any interaction with a funeral home could be deemed fortunate, this one was. We met with Paula Cappadonna to go over some final arrangements. She was kind, understanding and through in explaining the process and costs of laying someone to rest. I hope that people give her a chance, the concerns we had initially from the other reviews were completely dissuaded after meeting her.

Bobby and team were AMAZING to work with! My grandfather's death was unexpected and extremely hard on our family. Bobby and his team helped us to hit the "easy button" on so many things so that there was nearly no worries at all. Our family flew in from all over the country and different parts of the world, and Cappadona made it so we could have the funeral in a very timely way as to include the whole family.

Bobby was awesome in helping us coordinate with the military our son's cremation and celebration of life. We could not have gotten through this without the military or him. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone planning for their future or in need of a funeral home immediately!

From the moment Cappadona picked up my father, and until his interment, my family and father were treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and care. Everything was handled seamlessly. We so appreciate everything that they did for us during a horribly difficult time.

They answered every question, every call and helped us work through the questions we asked as well as questions we didn't know to ask. They helped us honor my dad and have stayed in touch with our family. They know how to help you navigate the difficult decisions that come up which allowed our family to focus on loving one another through the most painful time we could have imagined.

Everything was so perfect! The slide show was incredible! The music that was put to it was just right! I heard so many positive comments about the slideshow. I was glad you grouped the pictures of her in the nursing home together, and they didn't stay up nearly as long as the others. That was such a small part of her life. You and your family did a wonderful job with everything! I was so glad her hair looked pretty. I can't thank you enough!

This is long overdue. I wish to thank the staff at Cappadona Funeral Home for the professional and compassionate manner in which they handled my mom's affairs. It was a huge stress relief and comforting to know that everything associated with my mom's passing was handled courteously and respectfully. Thank you so much for all you do.

I wish to thank the staff at Cappadona Funeral Home for their professionalism and compassion for helping me deal with the loss of my brother. The process was seamless and they went the extra step in contacting an out of town newspaper so that an obituary could be placed in my brohter's hometown newspaper. A website was also established in my brother's name. In today's computer world this was an added bonus in reaching out to so many of my brother's friends to let them know that he had passed away.
